Purpose of processing: To respond to your requests (submitted via the “Request Information Form” on the website or through spontaneous email or postal messages to the TRI contact details listed on the website, which involve the acquisition of your name, surname, and any other personal data included in your communication).

Mandatory data: Required to process your request.

Legal basis for processing: The processing is necessary for the execution of a contract in which the data subject is a party or for pre-contractual measures requested by the same (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Regulation).

B. Website Visualization and Browsing

Personal data collected: IP addresses and browsing data.

Purpose of processing: Website navigation. The IT systems and software programs used for website operation collect certain personal data implicitly transmitted when using internet communication protocols (e.g., IP addresses or domain names of users’ computers connecting to the site, URI – Uniform Resource Identifier – addresses, the method used to submit requests to the server, and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment). C. Recruitment – Management of Job Applications

Personal data collected: Data included in CVs (identification data, contact details, education, work experience, etc.).

Purpose of processing: Managing received job applications and staff selection.

Mandatory data: Required to evaluate the application.

Legal basis for processing: Your data is processed based on the necessity to evaluate your CV following your explicit request by submitting your application. Thus, the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract in which the data subject is a party or for pre-contractual measures requested by the same (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Regulation).

3. Processing Methods and Location

The data processing related to this website’s services takes place within Europe. Personal data is processed mainly using automated tools. Specific security measures are implemented to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorized access.

4. Data Recipients

Data is processed by authorized personnel (as per Article 29 of the Regulation) of the Data Controller or by specifically appointed Data Processors (as per Article 28 of the Regulation), acting under TRI’s instructions.

5. Data Retention Period

The collected data will be retained as follows:

1. Data related to user requests (Section A above) will be stored for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, meaning the time needed to process your request or conduct the necessary checks to comply with legal regulations.

2. Browsing data (Section B above) will be stored for the duration of the session and the entire time of website use.

3. Job application data (Section C above) will be stored only for the time necessary to evaluate the application. In any case, data will not be kept for more than 12 months (in case of non-selection).

6. Data Subjects’ Rights

You can exercise the rights granted by the GDPR regarding your personal data by writing to privacy@trindustrial.it. We commit to responding to your request as soon as possible, and in any case within thirty days from receipt. In certain cases, we may request a copy of an identification document if necessary to verify your identity in relation to your request.

Right of access: Know if your personal data is being processed and, if confirmed, obtain a copy and information about data sources, categories, recipients, processing purposes, automated decision-making (including profiling), retention period, and rights under the GDPR.

Right to rectification or integration of your data.

Right to erasure: Request the deletion of your personal data if no longer necessary for the purposes collected or if processing is no longer authorized.

Right to restriction of processing: In specific cases (e.g., disputing the accuracy of data, requesting limited processing instead of deletion, or needing data for legal purposes).

Right to data portability: Receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and request the transfer of such data to another Data Controller.
